His kindness and helpfulness truly stood out—he was always available to assist with any questions, and his follow-up was exceptional. I needed to adjust my reservation for an extra night, and his coworker handled it with ease, accommodating the change without any hassle. Beyond that, Kevin brought a great sense of humor and professionalism to every interaction, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Kevin is a gem, and his service made my visit to Paris truly memorable. Highly recommend!"
