"Everything was just AMAZING. We loved this house too much. Philippe and his wife was already living there so it’s really well equipped and furnished with love. The TERRACE is just marvelous. The silence, views, privacy, the bathtub vith a view.. what to say. We were really sad not to have booked for more days."

"- The interior of the house is unique: authentic, tasteful, cosy, beautiful. It is the kind of house you want for yourself, seriously. I don’t think I’d ever stayed in such a beautiful house before. - It’s very quiet, even the church bell stops ringing at 8:00 PM and only starts at 08:00 AM, so it didn’t bother us at all. - The view from the terrace (and even the bathroom!) is just breathtaking: you have the mountains on your left and the sea on your right - just perfect! - The hosts were very sweet, and the communication was flawless. A bottle of rosé in the fridge for us was a nice touch. - There was everything we needed in the house, we even cooked once, the kitchen is really well equipped. - The whole house was impeccably clean - I value this a lot."
"There is no AC in the house, which might be better, but there is a nice breeze when you open the windows, so it wasn’t a big problem."

"Very good location. We stayed 5 nights in Nice based in this apartment but travelled a lot, Cannes, Antibes, Eze, Monaco, Menton etc. Every time the location of the apartment was perfect to catch the bus or tram or train. It was small but convenient, we had our breakfast in its cute balcony. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was too hot but the fan in the common area and the lamp+ventilator at the ceiling saved the nights."
"Nice location, beautiful house and grounds, very friendly owners, family suite was spacious and comfortable. Anna and Jacques made an effort to accommodate my gluten-free family members with home made pancakes etc. Home made preserves and lemon curd were delicious."
"Charming throw-back of a place, with an interesting old-school playground and grounds to keep the kids occupied. The bedroom's are fine, if a little dated. The hosts are wonderfully accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast was good! Good for a one night stop-over between locations."
