"Fantastic location, very short walk to the train station and a very simple nearly straight brief walk to park areas as you continue your walk to the beach. Very safe and clean area. The Express grocery on the way to the sea has a variety of items you might need as well as food. The room is simple and met our needs. The hot water is very hot so test it to your liking! Nice firm mattress and room heater (it was cool out in March) was perfect. No elevator but they will help bring luggage to the room. Highly recommended."

"It would be nice if they had an electric tea kettle in the room to heat water."

"People were really friendly, location was great since I had to use the train everyday. Breakfast was simple but nice."

"It's the second time we've stayed there over the years. Staff has always been great."

"I made a error in booking. It was easily corrected. I wonder if we would have gotten a balcony room last time if I didn't make the error."

"Perfect location literally in front of the Nice-ville train station, cute breakfast, nice staff."

"The owners were friendly, they told me about the history of the hotel. The decorations were delightful, very French Provincial. The room was comfortable and had plenty of electrical outlets. Wi-Fi and internet were adequate. The water was wonderfully hot and good water pressure. A lovely continental breakfast was served. The location was perfect…right across from the train station. I will definitely return again."

"Nothing…it was lovely"

"It was close to the train station and a walkable distance from the beach in Nice. The air conditioning was good, you can ask for a blow dryer and they’ll give one to you."

"The wifi was bad and no elevator."

"Located right in front of the Gare De Niceville train station which made it so easy to go to other cities near by, 16 minutes walking to Promenade des Anglais, in Nice, room was clean, room is 2 beds, tv with small desk and a washroom, we had breakfast in reception area for additional cost"
