"The property owner, Jean-David, also manages the rental. He is very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Very kind and caring. The apartment is newly renovated. The building is across the street from Croisette beach which is fantastic, and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The apartment does not have water view, but the building is beachfront and very, very clean. I Highly recommend this place."

"The house was spotlessly clean and modern with very cheerful and tasteful decorations. It was exceedingly well equipped. In fact, anything you could possibly want was provided. Bread, butter, jam and milk were provided for breakfast, and there was a bottle of champagne, cider and fruit juice in the fridge. Who could ask for more from a rental property? Cynthia met us on arrival and showed us around. She was very charming and generous, and clearly wanted her guests to have as happy a time as possible in the house she had inherited from her beloved grandmother. There was a small garden at the back where we were able to sit out in the evening sun in April. The property is located in Les Riceys where there are many opportunities for the tasting of locally produced champagne by the many small producers located there."
