"This is a modern (almost austere) apartment with all the latest appliances. Nice terrace with a view of the lake. Eight minute walk to the center ville. Private parking garage is a plus—your garage is located inside the building’s garage. It is lockable. Note that it is a tight fit for your car and maneuvering space is limited. The apartment entry door secures like Fort Knox—3 groups of 3 deadbolts engage the door frame when locked—very very secure!"
