"This is a beautiful hotel, with an outstanding restaurant. On the fancy side for a Francigena pilgrim, but a very worthwhile splurge. My room, very comfortable and nicely appointed, had a balcony with a stunning view over the Loue Valley and surrounding mountains. Staff is friendly, and quite informal: no one was there when I arrived, but the door was open, with a handwritten note and a number to call. I called, and was told which room was mine and to take the room key from the hooks at the front desk. Dinner at the restaurant was superb, with a to-die-for view."
