"The location was superb! It’s nestled away in a quiet area. It was so quiet I had trouble sleeping (I’m from a big city so this is certainly a personal problem!!). It’s perfectly situated near Verdon Gorge and the lavender fields. Next to the hotel is a beautiful castle which makes for an unbelievable view! The pool is lovely. The hotel itself is old and beautiful. It doesn’t have AC but we came in the middle of July where it was in the 80s during the day. It was nice and cool and breezy at night, even chilly, so it really wasn’t necessary! The hotel has a restaurant which we did not eat at but looked lovely."
