"I highly rated our experience at La Faisanderie although we ended up staying at another place. Following a reservation system snafu, our room ended up being double booked. Our host was very up front about it and had the situation resolved before we got there and had found us another place to stay which was wonderful and although more expensive we were not charged the difference. As for La Faisanderie we only got to see the outside and the main room inside, it looks absolutely lovely. How some one solves a problem for a client is very telling of the level of service one can expect and this unfortunate situation was brilliantly and smoothly solved."

"This was a beautiful house and location. We loved everything about this experience. The owner was extremely kind and made us feel at home. Even though my French is very limited and his English was pretty limited we managed to communicate just fine and he gave us some good suggestions for places to visit in the area. Breakfast was very good as well with croissants, bread, jam, coffee, orange juice, ham and cheese. I can't say enough about how welcome we felt and how enjoyable our visit was."

"Beautiful little bedroom in a stone house in a pretty village in Ardèche region. Near Chauvet and Pont d’Arc and lots of other scenic villages. Fabulous breakfast with lots of homemade items and generous hospitality from Florence (and Michel) who had very good advice about the surrounding area. Good value."
"Christophe gave us a very warm welcome and showed us our room and the facilities. The car is parked on the property so very safe. We made us of the car charger at a very reasonable rate. The room is clean, cool (in fact, all spaces are cool) and comfortable, you can sit outside in the garden with a drink and in the morning there is a rather good breakfast with fresh croissants. Definitely recommended."
