"We had such a lovely stay! The location is perfect, quiet, relaxing, and surrounded by a beautiful garden with a very nice pool. Outside the property you can enjoy some nice walks in the countryside and in the forest. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, and the whole atmosphere was peaceful and calming. The host was super kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We’d love to come back and can only recommend it!"

"The location was wonderful. The apartment had a shared area — a living room and dining room — spacious and sufficient for everyone. There were plenty of sleeping places: four double beds, one single bed, and a crib for a baby."

"Upon arriving we had many questions, like why only 1 review is posted, why the building looks so strange, why the area is deserted, is it a safe area, is it easy to get into town, etc. But the worries were in vain. It is a really nice apartment, the area is very calm in summer because many students live there, everywhere is very clean and green! The apartment is renovated and the owners really care about it. We had much comfort in having 3 bedrooms, parking and kitchen fully equipped. It is very easy to get into town by public transport. Please stay there if you want to visit Rouen. I recommend this apartment!"

"Loved the jetted tub for relaxing after long walks in the town. The kitchen had everything I needed for basic meals. Grocery stores are walking distance. Champagne in the fridge on arrival was most welcome. And Andre, the host was kind enough to help take my luggage up the 2 flights of stairs. I would love to come back again soon."
