"The owner and the place are super. The house was super clean and beautiful."

"Eveline and Luis are fantastic people. The house, with a beautiful garden, was spotless clean and our room, even if was a bit small, was very welcoming. The bathroom was perfect and every morning Luis was getting fresh bread for the breakfast: we felt really at home. Coutance is a very nice area: the cathedral, the beaches, and we even saw a seal swimming in the mascaret!!!"

"This charming houseboat was just what we needed after a long day of biking. It is outside the town on a quiet canal."
"The location, the friendly, professional staff, the facilities overall —though note my comment about the shower. Meanwhile, I can't believe that this place rates only one star. I clearly don't understand the nuances of the French hotel rating system It's a fine property located in what over the years has come to feel like "my neighborhood" in Paris."

"The seaside view is great. Everything you'll need is in the apartment."
"Great location. Neighbours friendly. Welcome and goodbye all worked well even with our rudimentary French. The apartment was quiet. Tidy, plenty of equipment, comfy bed. Designated secure parking space. Plenty to do in and out of Gruissan."
"Clean, nice owner, super breakfast, simple but very confortable"
