"It's a very nice small house with a charming backyard. The highlight is an absolutely unparalleled magnificent view from the main bedroom's window / balcony. The backyard/terrace is also perfect with fine sunbathing and dining facilities, surrounded by dense green vegetation for the ideal privacy. The hosts took care of everything, to a much higher level, than most other places, at least in France, and were very helpful. It's a very quiet and green neighborhood very close to the sea and the city. From the architectural point of view, it's amazing how they managed to fit all the necessary facilities in such a small space. So, if your personal dimensions are not too large, it's quite comfortable for everything. Especially for pairs. The place has a clear personal touch. Would book it again."

"Séjour passé avec mes enfants dans un confort et une tranquillité plus que parfait. Delphine et Matthieu sont exceptionnelles. Un problème de chasse d'eau dès notre arrivée à été réglé dans l'immédiat. Gîte bien aménagé, proche de toutes commodités. Quel bonheur de se réveiller au calme avec le chant des oiseaux et le meugle des vaches. Je recommande à 100%"

"Fantastic location in the middle of saint emilion,free parking a 3 minute walk away,there is large outdoor deck which looks over a restaurant,sounds awkward but not at all as it’s quite private,self check in instructions were easy to follow.if you’re the type of person that can’t carry a suitcase up a small flight of stairs,this is probably not for you"

"Sabine, the host, went out of her way to ensure everything was ready upon arrival. She was very helpful, responsive, and kind throughout. She provided an umbrella the next day since it was supposed to rain, and it came with a surprise complimentary coffee! Very thoughtful. She even recommended the best places to eat in town, a great mix of high-end, homemade, and eclectic places that all welcomed our child. The space was large, clean, great views, homy and perfect for our 1.5 year old. She had toys, books, high chair, changing table and a crib/playpen. We had ample storage space and the location was very convenient. We were an 8 min walk from the port and restaurants, and 10 mins to the beach. Close enough to have access to everything, but far enough away to have quiet for when our child slept. I also appreciated having air conditioning throughout the home."

"The apartment was beautifully furnished, comfortable and immaculate. It had everything you needed to stay for our trip such as cooking utensils and cleaning products. The location was just fantastic, right in the heart of Dinard and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Jerome was a really lovely kind host who gave us a fabulous artisanal bottle of cidre. We loved the town especially watching the changes in tides which was a spectacular sight. This place is highly recommended!"

"Very charming hosts. Unique, spacious and very comfortable suite. Homemade dinner with a sampling of wines, perfect. Breakfast was very good, a lovely touch with the warm madeleines."
