"The place is very quiet and free of noise and light pollution (ideal for astrophotography). I arrived very late but Paul and Judy waited for me and served me a plate of cold cuts and cheeses accompanied by a good red wine. Paul and Judy are very helpful and nice. It was pleasant to talk to them. Breakfast is with quality products, served in a bright and beautiful room."

"Un grand merci aux hôtes pour l'accueil à la fois simple et chaleureux. D'une propreté irréprochable les chambres sont spacieuses . Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec des viennoiseries chaudes. Nous avons également diné sur place. C'était sans fioritures mais vraiment tres bon. Tout est fait maison ! Si vous venez avec votre animal de compagnie il sera le bienvenu.. Bon rapport qualité prix. Cadre paisible Nous reviendrons pour un week-end."

"The property is quite large, has an excellent kitchen and a comfortable living room, large enough to host a few extra visitors or a family for a nice homecooked meal after a long hike. The owners also have a very sweet cat that likes to visit the balcony outside, and absolutely loves pets and scritches. The area around the property has lots of hiking opportunities on well-maintained trails. Le Markstein and Le Grand Ballon are a 30-40 minute drive away."

"Luxurious restored barge on the Rhone that is centrally located and within easy walk to many features. We enjoyed the wonderful welcome by our host Tatiana which included home made juice and treats. This was followed by an equally homemade breakfast to set us on our way. As a side note if you stay here want a great meal book Bouille (92 rue Pierre Corneille 69003, Lyon) where the small and welcoming team strive to showcase local produce and cuisine- our meal was outstanding"
