"Accueil exceptionnel par notre hôte, très chaleureux. Merci encore pour la possibilité d'arrivée tardive. Le gîte est très agréable, bien conçu, très bien entretenu, très propre, très fonctionnel. Il est aussi très bien équipé, avec possibilité de faire ses repas. Et quelle bibliothèque! Petit déjeuner excellent et très copieux. Notre hôte était très disponible, il connaît parfaitement la région et de très bon conseil pour les randos à faire. Enfin la mise à disposition d'une place de parking privé est un plus appréciable. "Exposition agréable, présence de 2 piscines et nombreux bains de soleil."
"Top appartement, riant voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Parkeren kan in garage bij appartement, dus mooi dichtbij. In die garage kan een grote auto staan (formaat Audi Q7 of Volvo XC90). Is wel een steile afdaling omlaag met een krappe bocht naar gebouw C waar appartement is. Die afdaling lijkt soort van verwarmd dus met sneeuw en ijs kun je er wel weer goed uit komen. Indien je met twee auto's komt denk ik even afstemmen waar tweede auto moet. Waarschijnlijk in de publieke parkeergarage vlakbij op loopafstand. Appartement is ruim opgezet, prachtig balkon en uitzicht. Erg schoon en erg goede bedden. Ophalen en achterlaten sleutel erg eenvoudig en snel geregeld. Dicht bij centrum gelegen maar wel steile klim (en twee liften van appartement zelf). Wij waren met vier personen, met zes gaat zeker ook prima maar best al wel voller, acht personen lijkt mij erg vol, hoewel er wel acht slaapplekken zijn."

"Monica and Warren were so welcoming, kind and very informative about the area. The gîte was very cute downstairs then a bonus was stairs up to a huge cosy lounge and another set of stairs up to the 2 bedrooms and bath/shower/toilet, plus another toilet downstairs. Monica really does do attention to detail, with everything you could need. The gîte was nicely located by the river which you can walk along into Jarnac, and Cognac was a short drive away for lots of amenities. We could also park for free right outside in the public car park."
