"The communication with the lessor was excellent and very frank. We travelled with children by car and had in advance a lot of questions that were answered quickly and frankly. A few days before check-in and check-out we received very detailed instructions about the process. The house itself is located in a quiet neighbourhood, however not far away from the underground station Villejuif-Leo Lagrange, where a supermarket, a market and a few fast-food restaurants are located. At about 1 km distance there is a bigger shopping centre and a large hospital (that we fortunately didn't need to use). In the house there are two bedrooms, a living room that may be used as a bedroom as well, two bathrooms and a small but very well equipped kitchen. All rooms are neat and cosy. Behind the house there is a tranquil inner courtyard. The motorways leading towards the west and south of France (A6, A10) are easy to reach avoiding the awful parisian traffic jams."

"Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht mit einer fantastischen Sicht auf die Bucht. Der private Pool inklusive Outdoor-Küche ist traumhaft. Ein sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Gastgeberpaar. Mit dem Auto sind der Ort mit mehreren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die umliegenden Strände in wenigen Minuten erreichbar."

"Everything was perfect. The apartment is spacious, very comfortable and extremely well equipped (kitchen appliances, raclette machine, TV, towels, linens, even toilet paper). The balcony has an amazing view, which was our favorite part. The location is excellent: only 2 minutes on foot from Belle-Étoile, ski rental shops nearby, bus stop right in front of the residence. Elevator and ski lockers are a big plus. We had a wonderful stay."

"Oh my goodness. If you've found this and it's available, BOOK NOW. DO NOT HESITATE. Impeccable, modern, stylish, clean, upkept, darling... how is that all possible in a space dating back to the 1600s?? You will have to see for yourself. I did say modern and that wasn't a mistake. The shower is wonderful (hot water, great pressure, a fan that WORKS) and there's even a washing machine! Do be aware that there is no elevator and you will need to climb the five (ish?) flights of stairs. But if you can manage that with your bags -- literally one of the coolest places I have ever stayed. And all of this right in the Marais!"
