"I stayed in this apartment with my wife and two kids in early August 2025. It’s perfect for families, with two separate rooms each having its own toilet. The furniture is not new, but comfortable and cozy. The apartment is very well equipped—everything you need is there (utensils, washing machine, dishwasher, towels, etc.). The highlight is the amazing view of Monaco and the sea, best enjoyed from the spacious balcony, which is perfect for evening cocktails. We didn’t experience any noise from neighbors, which made the stay even more relaxing. The location is excellent—very close to the Casino and Larvotto Beach (just use the elevators to get there easily). Underground parking is included in the price, which was very convenient. There’s also a food store nearby. The host was available online, but honestly, everything was so clear and well-organized that we didn’t need much assistance. Thank you for a well-equipped apartment and great service!"

"Centrally located, only a few minutes from the train station - and close to city center of Menton, beaches & restaurants. Many restaurants nearby and walkable to the entire village. Very well stocked kitchen - even tho we did not cook. Comfey furniture and beds. Everything worked perfectly. big, open & bright apartment with a small ocean view. While there is traffic on the main street below, the soundproof windows in the bedroom worked perfectly. Perfect for couples. I would definately return. Excellent wifi service."
