"The hosts were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was off to a good start. They showed us the property and even had some food items available since we came in after the stores closed. Incredibly thoughtful! The house was more beautiful and spacious than the pictures make it out to be. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out, both inside and outside, and enjoyed multiple homecooked meals in the well stocked kitchen. The bedroom arrangement was perfect for two kids and parents and the bathroom was comfrotable. We enjoyed most the feeling of home, enjoying the space and the feel. Very well made and beautiful appartment. The appartment is a 9 minute walk from the train station that takes you to the center of Nice. We had an easy time taking the train to Nice, Monacco, and Sanremo, Italy. Surprisingly easy to get around, a big grocery store was 10 minutes away. A delicious bakery and cafe was down the street. We loved the area. Wonderful neighborhood!"

"It was very hot whilst we were in Nice and the apartment was air conditioned which was great. It was very clean and well equipped and our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely book again."
