"I discovered this place from its glowing reviews on this site, and I am delighted to add my own rave review here. Le Couvent was a marvelous find. From its historic origins to its stunning views, it exceeded our expectations in every way. We enjoyed our walks around the town and the view from the hill above Le Couvent; we had a tasty dinner at the village's one restaurant; and then, after a blissful night's sleep in an elegantly decorated room, we feasted on a healthy and delicious breakfast. We will remember this special place and its warm and welcoming hosts for many years to come."

"Delicious breakfast with freshly baked bread, jams, croissant, teas and juice. Very attentive owners who gave a little talk on the history of the Convent at breakfast and how they had converted it. Stunning views and very charming and welcoming owners. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Comfy rooms. A very unique place."

"The location has to be seen to be believed, it is terrific, beautiful views, lovely surroundings in a wonderful little village. Breakfast is an experience in itself. Much of the produce, including bread, conserve, yoghurt is home made by the owners. Dining in superb surroundings. The owners helped us find assistance at a local garage, when our car failed. They couldn't do enough to please. They also gave us superb recommendations for local dining in the evening."

Un moment magique à regarder les étoiles sur la terrasse. Une étape où on aimerait s'arrêter plus longuement finalement. Des hôtes Charmants qui aiment partager un Art de Vivre !"

"Le Couvent was een tussenstop naar Spanje. Dit was voor ons de perfecte tussenstop. Gastheren waren zeer vriendelijk en hulpvol. Dicht bij de autosnelweg en vlot te bereiken. 's Avonds nog een mooie wandeling gemaakt in de omgeving. B&B was ook kindvriendelijk met veel speelgoed. Terras was ook heel aangenaam en een zee mooi uitzicht."

"La vue de la terrasse est tout simplement magnifique. Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de l'ambiance insolite de l'ancienne chapelle. La disponibilité de nos hôtes, leur accueil, leur flexibilité ont été remarquables: ils ont su nous préparer un petit dîner en quelques minutes. Une bien belle pause, hors du temps, dans notre périple de retour de vacances."
"Le seul petit point noir: la hauteur sous plafond de certains aménagements de la chambre que nous avions choisie est un peu basse pour moi, étant relativement grand; je me suis légèrement cogné la tête contre la sous-pente du plafond de la salle de bain et aussi sur la poutre du petit escalier de la chambre. Etre vigilant pour éviter ce type de désagrément."

"Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis dans ce gîte. Le cadre est magnifique : plusieurs gîtes partagent un grand jardin très bien entretenu, situé juste en face, avec une belle piscine et de nombreux espaces où chacun peut profiter du calme et de la tranquillité. La bâtisse est superbe, le gîte confortable, bien équipé et décoré avec soin. Laurence et Guy sont très accueillants et disponibles tout en restant discrets. C’est un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer, se détendre et faire de belles balades dans les environs. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu et espérons y revenir !"

"Appartement confortable , agréable , spacieux , bien décoré et bien insonorisé. Présence de 4 chambres indépendantes , 2 salles de douches et 2 wc indépendants , un coin salle à manger , salon et cuisine très spacieux et joliment décoré . Casier à ski chauffant ; box fermé et place de parking assurés ! Belle terrasse avec belle vue sur massif et vallée . proximité commerces et pistes : environ 400 et 500 m soit 10mn (marche douce) ou navette bus devant la résidence . Equipement cuisine et vaisselle excellent (machine Nespresso capsules, lave vaisselle , appareil à fondue , micro ondes, etc ) . Station familiale de bonne taille avec commerces et restaurants bien agréables ( un conseil pour les amateurs de resto : "la louche percée" où l'accueil et la cuisine de Ludovic le patron fut un plaisir à découvrir)"
