Guest reviews for Le Flaubert
"Incredible experience. The hotel has been renovated so tastefully with modern amenities, somehow you still feel the quaintness of Trouville. I booked a room with a view right on the ocean, with a small balcony. Location couldn't have been better, walk within minutes anywhere in town and to tons of restaurants and the fish market where you can actually sit and have a meal till 7 PM. Loved it. It'll be my go to hotel when I go back to Trouville."

"A wonderful location for this fully renovated old hotel. Very clean and comfortable, customer oriented staff, very pleasant, amazing breakfast, cosy bar, nicely decorated and well appointed rooms. Highly recommend."
"The noise of the garbage truck early morning, next time will book sea view room"
"The location is great, right on the beach boardwalk, but very quiet as it's a short walk away from the main street. The staff is very nice and helpful. They have a small bar which is very nice. The front door is on a side street and the beach boardwalk is 30 steps to the right. The hotel has an elevator, but we walked up and down as the walls are decorated with interesting posters which made the walk up/down interesting. We had a small balcony with a very nice view, the room is adequate and the bathroom is larger than some and more than adequate. We rented bikes as the area has many easily rideable bike paths, however, if you're uneasy on a non-powered bike, an electric bike may be suitable as there are some areas where you would be in traffic. The best bakery that I've ever been to is Helle Bruno, located in the traffic circle on the Trouville side."
"We opted not to visit Bayeux, Caen, Honfluer...as the train/bus rides are surprisingly long. We knew this in advance, but thought that there may be other options."
"Breakfast in the room. Many different options for breakfast. View of the sea."

"Gorgeous hotel- had a sea view room- amazing view. Parking needs to be booked- worth the convenience. Charming staff."

"Location Staff, especially Sandrine who was exceptional"
"Eating breakfast in the bar (although it was a beautiful bar for drinks). The second day we are in our room."
"The Hotel is perfectly located at the beach and on short walking distance to all activities and restaurants. Interior design is boutique style, and beautiful to the detail, wisely and aesthetically picked. Very clean with more facilities than you would think you need. Our stay was with a small dog, so bowls, chic dog blanket…were specially prepared for it. And a Nespresso coffee machine, made our morning even more cozier!"

"Breakfast was amazing! Delicious and plentiful and served at our requested time. Our room was delightful. Nicely decorated, cheerful and bright. The staff? Wow, so helpful, actively offering and giving help that we requested."
"We really liked everything about this charming hote."
"Love the location, right on the beach and boardwalk and close to restaurants and laundry. The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us a map and a restaurant list as well as a city guide with helpful recommendations for visiting the city. We had a nice view of the ocean and boardwalk from our air-conditioned room. The decor of our room and of the entire hotel was unique and very inviting. We liked having a toilet room separate from the sink and shower. All was clean and very well maintained. It was great to have a coffee maker in the room and we appreciated the complimentary water each day."
"The closet is a bit small and there were very few drawers in our room; however I was able to organize our things very well, thanks to extra counter space in the bathroom."
"Perfect location, amazing staff, utmost cleanness."
"Not being equipped for breakfast"

"The room was very comfortable and the staff at reception very helpful. The Metro station and bus station are very close, so it's easy to get to the attractions in Paris."
"La personne à l'accueil est agréable et souriante. Lit confortable. Le buffet du Petit déjeuner est varié."

"Traditional building in quiet side street so close to Arc de Triomphe really had the Paris vibe. Bedroom was decent size for a city centre hotel but bathroom was huge. Everything was in excellent condition. Not a scratch or stain to be seen. Staff very friendly. It wasnt the widest range of food for breakfast but the quality was great. The best scrambled eggs, bacon, smoked salmon and fruit juice we had on our trip."

"Newly modernised rooms and beautiful pool area and restaurant. A pleasure to stay here and even tried to stay longer but they were fully booked unfortunately. Someone with a good eye for style has brought together room furnishings and outside design around the pool. A really nice place to stay. 👌"

"The old school style of the Château but with all mid cons."

"Location was very good, it’s pretty close to everything. We did not get the breakfast as there was a small kitchen in our room which worked very well, and the fridge had a small freezer on top. Staff was friendly and polite. We enjoyed our stay very much!"
"The room is really big and comfy! The house - where actually Baudelaire has lived - is in the real centre, few step from the metro station Ampére, but very close to everything by walk! It's a nice place!"
"Very nice personnal, nice facilities, great value for the price"
"Le lieu est magnifique, très calme, à la campagne, dans une bâtisse splendide. L'accueil est chaleureux, très agréable. Les hôtes sont à l'écoute de nos demandes. Les lits sont confortables. Le jardin est très beau, bien entretenu. La piscine est un plus !"
