"handy location for the town - good living area and nice and clean throughout - good value"

"very warm when we stayed and fan struggled to cool the space down (but it was high summer) - beds had slats that didn't seem attached too well - but we slept okay!!!"

"Zentral gelegen, ein Appartement, die Ausstattung war zweckmässig, aber nicht speziell. Kein Frühstück, musste in dem Ort gesucht werden. Waschmaschine vorhanden und benutzt, wegen Fahrradkleidern."

"Apartament molt ben situat i una mica més gran del que donava la impressió a les fotos. Molt ben equipat. L'atenció dels propietaris. Molt bona relació qualitat-preu."

"El terra feia molt soroll al caminar. Molt calorós però els propietaris han previst ventiladors a les dues habitacions per lo que queda solucionat. Les escales per accedir a l'allotjament són força estretes."

"The location was amazing, in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The area was very close to all the major sites in Nice, within 20 minutes walking, including the two train stations, so easy access to the rest of the Côte d'Azur. The tram stop closest to the flat, that takes you to the airport, was just 4 min walking. The flat itself was very modern and spacious. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you would need. We loved having the washer and dryer, that was a nice feature. The patio area was very large and peaceful. Lovely to have coffee or wine, and you could eat meals there too on the table outside. The host Laurent, was amazing. Very communicative and provided thorough instructions about the flat, and advice on places to eat and visit in the area. I would definitely stay there again."

"Patty and Peter were very welcoming as was Comet (their dog). High standard of fittings and furnishings. Lovely comfortable bed. Plenty of choice for a good, healthy breakfast. Loved our walks and play with Comet. Big garden to relax in."

"In a quiet town. The host offers breakfast and dinner as extra just for those staying. There was a place to keep our bikes and the other family there was also travelling by bike. The room was simple but adequate. Note, there are few places to stay along the canal for bike travelers and few places to eat or buy food for 10 to 20 miles in either direction so having breakfast and dinner was helpful."

"Very nice place with friendly hosts always willing to help. Clean and nice location, near the main road but also close to the center. And there was a free, private parking. Unfortunately my boyfriend does not speak french so we could not converse too much with the hosts which he really regretted. If you like places were you can live in a real french home and with really kind hosts I surely recommend this place. Even though I'm not huge fan of such holiday locations I really liked the stay."
