"The dinner meal was a poorly executed facsimile of old school French cuisine. With 30 years of travel experience to France including a living stint outside of Nice, the dinner fell short of what one would expect in a country that at one time set the standard for western style cooking. With the current chef, I would recommend having dinner elsewhere. I’m sorry to have to say this."

"This was our first visit to Les Florets and it was wonderful. We were upgraded to a suite of rooms in the Annex area which was located on the hillside near the pool. The staff was amazingly friendly, professional, and helpful. Our suite of rooms was fabulous. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and dinner was outstanding, especially when served on the outdoor patio. The hotel has a winery with tasting available. Great location for cycling or hiking. The hotel is located at the start of a trail leading to the Dentelles de Montmirail and several excellent hiking routes. The view of the Gigondas vineyards and Mont Ventoux are well worth the hike up. The village of Gigondas is a short drive from Les Florets and also very walkable."
