"Location was great, down by the marina. Lovely views out the window. I had requested a cot for our infant but there was no cot in the room upon arrival. We didn't bother asking again for one though as the bed was nice and large so she could fit in the bed with us. The staff were nice and helpful and carried our big heavy suitcases up the stairs to our room. Overall it was a nice stay and would happily stay here again."

"This isn't an issue with the property but just something to be mindful of - we found parking to be very difficult when we arrived, there are two paid car parks close by but they were completely full so we had to drive around for some time to look for a spot and ended up having to park far away. There was a large ship docked and I think a lot of the parking was taken up for people going on that - we only stayed one night but the following day it had died down and parking seemed to be a lot easier."

"Fairly close to harbor. The walk along the road was a little spooky with the traffic so close but I learned to put my bag out farther than I was so then I had plenty of room. I liked the tea bags and hot water carafe in the room."

"There was very little room between the end of the bed and the desk. Is it possible to find a narrower desk?"

"The location was superb; right at the harbour. It had AC which made it quite comfortable to sleep. They gave clear instructions for the Check-In and where to park your car, as the parking spots weren't right at the facility."

"A great room, part of an apartment with shared bathroom (with one other room) and access to a fridge and kitchen etc. Modern, with a great view. Central to the harbour and an easy stroll to onward transport (ferry and buses); great bars, restaurants and shops; and the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff."

"Ideally I would prefer not to share a bathroom, but it was always free (and clean) when I needed it and I hardly noticed the other room’s inhabitants!"
