De plus, sa proximité avec la plage est un véritable atout, nous permettant de profiter pleinement des bienfaits de la mer à tout moment. La nuit, il n'y a aucun bruit perturbateur pour troubler notre sommeil, offrant ainsi des nuits paisibles et réparatrices. Cet endroit est idéal, alliant confort, commodité et sérénité."

"Le logement est top, refait à neuf, tout confort, avec des ustensiles de cuisine bien pratiques pour passer quelques jours. Il donne sur une cours intérieure donc très calme. Il y a également une petite terrasse pour prendre vos repas en extérieur. Il est à 100m de la plage, dans la rue centrale. Très pratique. Je recommande. Les places de parking gratuit les plus proches sont à 10min à pieds."

"The location cannot be beat for someone who wants to walk and use public transportation in Chamonix. The apartment was nice, clean, and well stocked. I felt like I was staying at a friend's house while they were out of town and enjoyed the mountain views while I tied into a little work during my ski vacation."

"La casetta è molto accogliente e carina! Il quartiere è ottimo, molto comodo per spostarsi, a dieci minuti dall'università. La casetta, pur essendo accessibile da un condominio, è autonoma, con un ingresso al piano terra e una stanza da letto al piano alto mansardato. Il piano terra ha una finestra sulla corte interna e una finestra sulla strada (tranquilla), il piano alto ha una finestra sulla corte interna, quindi non ci sono rumori. La casa è silenziosa e tranquilla. Il letto matrimoniale comodo. Non ho provato il divano letto."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The house met our expectations, and the owners were extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. During our stay, we experienced a strong windstorm that caused a power outage in the entire village. The owners reacted immediately – they brought us a power generator so we wouldn’t be left without light, and they also provided bottled water. We truly felt well taken care of. Communication with the owners was very easy and quick. At our request, they also issued an invoice without any problem. We definitely recommend this place and would be happy to return in the future."
