"Kind and readily available hosts, clean and nicely decorated detached guesthouse with all the amenities needed for a comfy family stay with kids and dogs, 7' drive to Saint Emilion with its many restaurants, which stay open even during off-season. Thank you for your kind hospitality!"

"Hosts very welcoming, clean throughout, beautiful location"

"Lack of privacy as owners property & gardens adjoining & we were woken at 12:15am to the family returning home. Not ideal for dogs as owners dog reactive to other dogs. Private Courtyard not enclosed and not directly accessible from the property so not ideal for our dog either"

"Hôtesse très réactive et prévenante. Logement très fonctionnel et très propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le logement dans son ensemble très joliment décoré. Salle de bain au top. Facilité pour stationner. Je recommande."

"Séjour lors de la canicule et honnêtement la climatisation manque. Malgré les ventilateurs une une clim mobile gentiment mise à disposition au dernier étage cela manque. Hormis cela tout était parfait. Merci encore."

"Excellent location close to railway station for trips elsewhere. 10 minute walk to beach, 15 minutes back because slightly steep but not too difficult. Immaculately clean. Patio was lovely, real suntrap but with full canopy when sun was very hot. Martina was wonderfully welcoming."

"We loved our stay at this property! Camille was the most fantastic host and made us feel so welcome. The property is in an idyllic setting on a private lake. There is a lovely terrace beside the lake where we enjoyed a picnic dinner from the local boulangerie, since on the night of our stay (a Sunday) all the village restaurants were closed for various reasons. (It turned out well for us as we surely had the most exquisite dining location in all of Auvers!) We loved the quietness of the property and its proximity to the village - just a 10-minute, very pleasant walk. The location is also very convenient for Paris CDG airport. The room was absolutely charming and very comfortable, with views of the garden and lake, and it even had its own little patio with bistro table and chairs, and deck chairs. We also loved the fact that the room had a well-equipped kitchenette, and we appreciated touches like butter and jam in the fridge, fresh eggs and plenty of tea and coffee."

"A great breakfast was provided with a good spread of French pastries. Armand also provided a selection of breads, cold meats, snacks, and drinks to get us started. He also provided good advice on best transport options into Paris city, just note that if you leave it too late his recommended free parking at a local train station can fill up; check for other options. All was clean and well suited for a family, even a minor touch of different coloured towels so everyone knew which one was theirs."
