"The location is perfect, just opposite the train station. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. The famous Cannes film festival, the beach and boutique are all 8-10 minutes away by foot. The breakfast buffet on the terrace is good and value for money and you can see the whole city view. My room was comfortable and cozy. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff at reception at all times was friendly."

"The location was excellent — right by the train station, in the city center, and very close to the beach. The room was cozy and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to relax. A big highlight was the breakfast served on a beautiful rooftop terrace, which made the mornings truly special. The breakfast itself was very good and offered great value for the price. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!"

"Location was great! Very close to the train station and close to a ton of restaurants. We also easily walked to the downtown area in 10 minutes or so. The room was tiny but sufficient for one night!"

"The beds were very squeaky and loud when you moved during the night. Being so close to the train station, you could hear the noise from outside late into the night. The room itself was very small, and I think it had the smallest shower I've ever used in my life."

"Location of hotel is great, also the best air con as it was needed in the evening and it was working, despite it was close to busy street room was very quiet (5th floor) Close distance to beach and to train station just outside of hotel many restaurants and bars. Great views from breakfast tarace. Best safe ever easy and intuitive."

"The only small thing would be that our room we’re not very big and small wardrobe would be a help. No normal cups only paper one for morning coffee would be essential, and small minus that there was no balcony in room."

"The hotel is just next to the Cannes train station.We stayed one night in a triple room. The room was facing the train station, however we did not have issues with the noise, the windows isolation was good. room was good size for 3 of us, bathroom was bigger then expected with everything what we needed.We did not take the breakfast - it was a standard continental breakfast with eggs/jogurts/croissants and coffee/tea. The terrace for the breakfast on the 6th floor is indeed very nice. The guys on reception were very helpful and friendly. We were worried by check-in cutoff time 22:00 - but in reality there were people coming to checkin after 22:00 and there was no problem at all. In the morning we could also leave our luggage for the day with no charge - that's super convenient. big thanks for that to L'Esterel staff! Tres grand merci a personnel de l'Esterel!"
