"The place wasn't ready when we got there. The person who cleans the place got there at around 3:30pm and did a quick job. He was very nice, though and apologetic. The place needs black out curtains for the bedroom, hard to sleep at night. Every time somebody walks by the motion lights are on and are very bright. The washing machine doesn't work. It washes, but the rinse, drain and spin cycles don't work. After 2 hours of "wash cycle" had to pull everything out rinsed and wrung by hand. Wasted two hours of our day!"

"Big size. All needed facilities with good quality. Soundproofing is good: there was a restaurant nearby with loud music until about 2 after midnight, but with closed windows it's ok."

"Wifi speed is perfect only on the first floor. On second and third floor it's worse, but it's usable."

"The steep staircase was a bit hazardous and not suitable for older people or moving suitcases upstairs. We travelled as two friends, not a couple, so the other bed was a bunk bed. Using the bathroom at night was treacherous because of the steep spiral staircase."

"Absolutely brilliant location, a spacious apartment over 3 floors, plenty of room, a bathroom and toilet on 1st floor and extra loo on the ground floor. Simple but equipped kitchen, plenty of seating, clean rooms, really easy to find and very good instructions from the host."

"Instruction provided for accessing the property were very detailed and easy to follow. The property itself was fantastic - spread across three levels (via a spiral staircase) with large comfortable rooms and good facilities. The view from the rooftop terrace is magnificent (the photos on Booking.com do not do it justice). The property was close to good restaurants and handily located for both the medieval city and the bastide town over the nearby pont vieux."

"The location of the parking is via a narrow restaurant-lined road, which was a bit nerve-wracking, but this is just because the location of the property is so good!"

"The apt is in a great location really close to the town. It has free parking and good communication with the owner. The rooms are clean and a good size."

"Unfortunately we couldn't get the air-conditioning to work. It may have been us or it may have been broken, I'm not sure but we were extremely hot. Two out of 3 rooms are well positioned on the 2nd floor but the 3rd room is in the attic so not suitable for everyone height wise and temperature wise."
