"I loved everything about this property. The location was excellent. I could get to so many parts of town so easily with the metro stop just five minutes away. The staff was extremely kind and I was upgraded to a beautiful room on a high floor with a lovely city view. The welcome note that was on my bed when I arrive was a great extra touch."

"The hotel and staff were so charming and personable, and the place was a haven of calm from the bustling city. Rooms (and bathrooms) were really quite spacious for Paris standards with some nice amenities including Nespresso machine, filtered water in glass bottles (refillable for free), nice smelling liquid soap and shampoo, great shower, good Wi-Fi, smart TV. Beds were super comfortable with good quality linens. Breakfast was a small buffet style, but high quality and delicious with plenty of options to fuel you. Location was really quite convenient near the Clichy metro stop and just up the hill and easy 20-minute walk from the Galeries Lafayette, for example, and lots of dining & shopping options and quiet neighborhoods for strolling. I would definitely return to stay again!"

"I would have loved to have some body lotion and small amenity kit (with cotton swabs and rounds) in the bathroom, but this is not a dealbreaker!"

"Extremely helpful staff, and the probably the cleanest hotel we have ever been to. Great location, very well decorated and well looked after. Bed was very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was large and clean, well equipped and the shower was huge. Absolutely loved it here. We had a family emergency a day before our return and had to rush back to the UK. We flew out and had return tickets, however the quickest way to return was the Eurostar. The hotel Staff helped us book everything while we packed our bags, we were ready to leave within 30 mins and got to our final destination in 5 hours, they could not have been more helpful and did everything with a smile under difficult circumstances and we are eternally grateful."
