"Great location. All rooms are equipped with air conditioner. Nice garden."
"Sofa is sagging. I think It is time to replace the sofa. The toilet in the downstairs leaking. The utensils are not clean."
"Everything you need is available. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious living room, airconditioning, a porch and a nice garden to sit down and relax. The neighbourhood is quiet and clean. Besides that, your host is very reachable, answers almost immediately to every message. 5 stars"
"All ok"
"It was very nice experience. Host was very helpful .enjoyed the trip .highly recommended"

, wifi is prima, grote tv.
A recommander."

"Christelle was so helpful, both before and during our stay. She was always happy to answer any questions or help with anything we needed. A wonderful host!"
"I was so pleasantly surprised that this apartment is literally right by the Thiou river, next to the landmark castle. The unit is right in the heart of old Annecy, many great restaurants and ice cream stores right downstairs, view from the balcony is fantastic. 5 minutes away from the beautiful Annecy lake, 7 minutes away from groceries. One couldn't get any better location than this apartment. Bathroom and toilet are very updated and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for light cooking. Overall we had a great stay at this place and would book it again next time in Annecy."
