"Very central apartment with ac. The location is perfect. But no sheets and no towels. Though it is easy to rent towels (€8 for two hand towels and two bathroom towels; €12 for double bed sheet set) from a shop close by. Everything in good working order: ac, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, water heater."
"We cannot think of a single thing that would make this stay better. Hosts were great! Location was great! Parking was easy! Amenities exceeded our expectations. Communications were prompt and helpful. The beach was close. Restaurants are plentiful. The market is only a few blocks away. The main sites of Nice were easily accessed. The view from our balcony was fun and lively, including seeing civil wedding celebrations. Noise was closed off when we shut the windows! We highly recommend this apartment."
