"Il manquait des équipements qui me semblent indispensable dans un logement tels que produits d'entretien cuisine et salle de bain y compris les éponges, raclette pour la douche, papier WC (il n'y avait qu'un rouleau déjà bien entamé), essui tout. L'appartement est en rez de chaussée avec des portes vitrées. Pour respecter l'intimité des locataires la pose de films sans teint occultants serait peut être judicieux."
