"The was not so convenient for two people due to small space but the quality of the mattress was wonderful."

"This is a studio apartment so there are cooking facilities, refrigerator, eating table, and dishes. There is a huge grocery store practically next door. We made our breakfasts and lunches, and went out for dinner. It was an easy walk to the Bastille metro, which took us everywhere we wanted to go. Checking in was easy. The entrance courtyard is beautiful and serene, with a little pond with fish! The owner is a lovely person with a very nice dog. The bathroom is big and the shower worked great."

"Property is in a great location, clean and comfortable. Miss Perl was certainly kind and made sure everything was perfect. Our small suite was cleaned once during our stay and a starter of juice, coffee and milk and tea were left for us. It was easy to find and so convenient to many metro and bus stops as well as stores and restaurants. The Bastille market was so close too. I’ll stay here again and recommend to anyone who is visiting Paris."

"small one bedroom, very clean, kitchen area well equipped. modern bathroom. easy walking distance from 3 Metros that covered most of the main tourist sires. also several good bus routes that I prefer."

"Nice, charming and quiet first floor apartment. Pleasant stay right next to Gare de Lyon and the Bastille Opera. Several really nice options for coffee, restaurants and wine bars if you meander towards Place d'Aligre which has a small but very nice market. Sebastien is an excellent host"

"Everything was amazing! Easy access. Very good host!! Next to the metro station. Next to a supermarket and pharmacy. Next to good cafes and restaurants. Next to the opera. We used the bicycles a lot to see the city. The room was fully equipped. The building had an absolutely lovely mini garden at the entrance."

"The bed was really comfy , very good quality but quite small . So if you are tall or overweight don’t choose it ."
