"a bit noisy location as the area around is very lively and bustling, esp. at night (may or may not be your thing). The apartment is on the smaller side for a 1 bedroom and the bedroom itself is just a partition with a bed, which got fairly hot during our stay in July (no AC but fans were provided), Bathroom is on the smaller side as well but its Paris so not anything out of the norm."

"The location is the main attraction with this property; right in the centre of bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping. All the public transport options are easily accessible within a 5 min walk also. The kitchenette was great as a family with small children, to prepare food and do laundry. The check in process was well described in advance."

"We visited during a heat wave and the two tower fans could not keep the studio cool despite being run constantly. There was no a/c which is typical in Paris. While in general the studio was clean, the floors were dirty, which was particularly evident since one of our children crawls."
