"A cosy apartment is fitted with all the equipment and small design detail arranged with so much attention and love; a comfortable balcony to have breakfast and dinner - with the sea view; underground parking; the whole residential complex in the secured fenced area; the sea just a stone's throw across the road, a couple of supermarkets nearby, an open calisthenics training corner in 5 minutes' walk, beautiful public beaches, a hiking trail with amazing views along the peninsula coast.
