"Very spacious studio apartment with comfortable bathroom and well equipped kitchen. It is bigger than it look on the photos. Great location within walking distance to Montmartre and next to the stations on three metro lines. It takes no more than 30 minutes to get anywhere in Central Paris. Pretty and safe-looking neighborhood with cafes, bakeries especially if walking South or East, other directions lead to less nice areas. Despite being located in the city center, it is very quiet. We had no issues sleeping with open windows. No bugs or mosquitoes in hot early October either. Wonderful view from the windows to the roofs and houses, exactly what you expect from a small Paris apartment. The downside is rather long ascent to the 5th (6th if counting as in US) floor, but nothing special for a reasonably fit person."
