When we arrived, they personally met us, showed us around the apartment, provided us with helpful advice and resources, and answered questions. Very kind and gracious. The accommodation was lovely - clean, comfortable, and very well - equipped. Great location, within the walls of the "old city" and within easy walking distance to all the local attractions.
