"This was an exceptional stay. The room was extremely neat, clean, and beautifully decorated. The juxtaposition of modern and elegant with the quaint charm of the medieval town was thoroughly enjoyable. The air conditioning was excellent, the living space was spacious and comfortable, and the view was lovely. The beds were AMAZING. Easy to find and access, we parked at the closest lot to the village and it was a five minute walk to the room. The delicious breakfast was reserved for us at a nearby restaurant and it was excellent! There are lockers for luggage storage on the ground floor if you have excess luggage, or check out earlier but want to explore the village a bit longer."

"No complaints at all about the hotel. A word of advice: if you arrive at the village on a Tuesday or Wednesday it will be pretty empty. We enjoyed having the town to ourselves but it might be too quiet for some visitors."

"The location within the town is amazing. A charming centuries-old building with a surprisingly modern and well-designed interior. We stayed in the "Lys" suite which was a perfect size for two adults and two teenage boys. Very comfortable beds, nice towels and bathrobes. The bedroom and living area have views into the the charming streets of Perouges, while the bathroom has amazing views in the opposite direction, out over the surrounding landscape. Visitors with luggage should know that there is a bit of a hike over cobblestones from the parking area just outside the village walls, and also some steep stairs in the building. We were well aware of this though – just part of the price of staying within the village!"

"Just minor things to be aware of: The code to the room didn't work for us initially, but after calling offsite property management, it was quickly solved. At the end of the trip we had a problem opening the luggage storage locker. It took about 40 minutes before we could contact someone by phone, but when we did reach them they were super helpful it was resolved right away. So guests just need to be aware that off-site property management might include some time delays."
