"Antoine is a great host and his B&B is both very comfortable and very stylishly decorated. The B&B is situated in a very nice part of the countryside and there are hiking paths passing by the B&B. The trampoline and the pool table were very much appreciated!"

"We had a very nice stay. It was the first night of our vacation and it set the week off on a very good foot. The hotel was comfortable and roomy. The bathroom was nice and clean and had plenty of light. We slept well and breakfast was good. I would have like to be able to stay in Loudun a bit longer, but I will consider L'etape as a base for my next visit to the Loire region."

"I liked the idea to stay in a friendly environment with personal attention. Something that lacks in many places in this naturist village. Located in the spacious quiet yacht harbour area in the village with two great restaurants on less than 2 mins distance by foot. Saw many friendly faces around this area. The hosts do everything to make you feel comfortable and that brought a big smile on my face. You miss them after departure. Discovered the included large swimming pool behind the building a bit too late. Really great for a refreshing swim. Room is not too big but very efficient, in a very good state and clean. Comfortable bed and good shower. Room airco and good natural ventilation. Own key. Privacy. Thinking back about the stay brings back a smile on my face and that is the good thing about holidays. Good memories. Huge respect for the hosts how they created this place and run it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and an extra ⭐️ for these things that money can’t buy"
"Exactly as described. Would happily stay here again. Helpful ,friendly owner. All necessary shops close by and a selection of restaurants. Arcachon town centre is about a 20 min walk and offers all types of shopping and restaurants. Property has good security and is tastefully decorated and well equipped."
