"Absolutely lovely, quiet, peaceful place to begin and end each of a 4-day stay while touring Dordogne. Breakfast was just right; linens were great as was the bed. Sitting by the pool on the upper terrace with a picnic dinner was primo to a busy day of exploring."

"We spent two nights here and it was a wonderful stay. It's a very quiet rural location, the room is very spacious, and the house is very clean. They have an excellent pool and pets: chickens, dogs, and horses, which children love."

"It might have been useful to have a fridge/ coffee making facilities available ( though breakfast was amazing in content and setting) Finding the property was tricky as Internet reception in the area was poor and Google maps let us down!!"

"Recently enjoyed a one night stay in this charming country cottage, upon arrival we were greated by the very friendly owners, they showed us to our room and provided robes and towels for the very inviting pool. At the pool area there is a fridge filled with cold beers and soft drinks that you can use and just write on a board what you have taken. The room was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed a meal in the local breathtaking medieval village and had a great nights sleep. We enjoyed a yummy breakfast in the garden and give a big thumbs up to the delicious homemade jams"

"Casa aislada en una preciosa zona rural. Muy tranquila y cómoda para descansar. Fuimos en unos días de mucho calor y podernos dar un baño en la piscina estuvo genial. Se puede ir al pueblo a cenar en un paseo de 10 minutos. El desayuno en el jardín es casero y rico."

"Pour commencer, le lieu est juste magnifique; la maison, la campagne alentours, les chiens, les chevaux, la mare, la piscine... Nous avons été superbement accueillis par Édith et Bruno (et les chiens 🐶). On peut descendre à pied au charmant village de Sainte Alvère, et même se faire un petit parcours de course au départ de la maison pour les sportifs 😉. La maison est au milieu d’un triangle Périgueux, Bergerac et Sarlat, pas loin du Bugue, ce qui permet de visiter un large éventail de sites. Nous avons passé un si bon séjour que nous avons même prolongé de quelques jours. Nous serions restés encore plus longtemps si nous avions pu. Nous reviendrons c’est certain! Encore merci à Édith pour son accueil et ses délicieuses confitures maison!"

"Un superbe séjour du début à la fin que ce soit le logement hyper propre et confortable ou encore le secteur très agréable. A deux pas du village où se trouvent toutes les commodités (restau, épicerie, marché…) La piscine fut un vrai plus par ce temps de canicule, grande et avec une eau toujours nickel, des bouées disponibles pour notre fille qui s’est éclatée tout le séjour. Edith et Bruno font tout pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Merci à eux pour leur gentillesse, leurs attentions et leur accueil. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Bref, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !"
