"Excellent location and spacious, well-equipped studio We had a wonderful 9-day stay at this studio in Nice. The location is perfect - just 100-200 meters from the boulevard, close enough to everything yet remarkably quiet. The area is well-connected with great access to local shortcuts, making it easy to explore the city. The studio itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was fantastic - communication was quick, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. When an unexpected water outage affected the building for three days (completely beyond the host's control), they were incredibly responsive and generous in helping us manage the situation. This really demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this studio to others. It's a great base for exploring Nice, and the host's attentiveness makes for a stress-free stay."
