"The bed is large and the mattress is very comfy. There was a wine opener and wine glasses in the kitchen area. Also tea, coffee and sugar. Coffee maker is good. Heating system works good. Wi-fi works very well. Very clean unit. Quiet at night."

"It was not clear where to we could park our car. I asked the hosts through the Booking app but never got a response. We parked in the small courtyard, thank God there was some place. Inside the unit it would be helpful to have a suitcase rack instead of the chest of drawers. Also paper towels in the kitchenette area were missing. It would be helpful to have printed out instruction on how to use the heating system operating a remote. The bathtub is cute even though placed not in the bathroom but in the bedroom area. However, the hot water ran out quickly before the bathtub was filled. Thankfully, there was also a shower cabin in the bathroom area."

"We booked the budget room It was 1st class, everything you need was supplied. Directions were spot on. Onsite parking was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay again"

"Ruffec is a pretty, quiet little town. The air is nice and it is restful. The apartment is clean, cozy and has all you need, including a good parking spot."

"The location was good with a short walk to the town centre. The apartment is very modern and clean and tastefully decorated. A lovely bathroom and shower and big tv over the bed. All very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. We were able to park our car in a secure place next to the apartment."

"The only thing I would change is to have a bigger car park. You can park on the road outside but it was more secure to leave outside the apartment. It was quite tight to manoeuvre around a few other cars. Numbering the space might help to avoid blocking anyone."

"No breakfast but coffee and tea onsite. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Location central and very quiet, and appeared to be deserted, although someone was shouting outside during the night."

"Not enough electric sockets. One of two sockets next to my bed was broken, so if reading in bed, I had to have the main light on. Local facilities on a Sunday were virtually non existent, but I managed to buy bread and a small cake at the boulangerie. All the local supermarkets are on the outskirts of the village, and they were closed on Sundays."

"There was no light in the yard leading to the apartment as well as the automatic light in the staircase only activated when you were up the stairs."

"I was given clear instructions regarding how to find the property which was very central and ideal for anyone travelling along the highway as I was from the UK to Spain. The facilities were excellent and the studio was very clean. It was outstanding value for money."
