"The location was perfect as was the size of the studio for a few days stay for a couple. It was so easy to get around places with a train line just a few steps outside. Lots of great little cafes and eateries nearby as well. It was great to have a little kitchen to cook things on the stovetop. The shower pressure and heat was really good compared to other places! The host left clear instructions on the location and how to get into the studio! Would definitely recommend a stay here."

"Photos make the place look larger than it is. Definitely a small studio. Apartment overlooks a garbage area where over residents drop off garbage. Definitely need to have drapes closed to insure privacy."

"I loved the location of the flat and was so happy that it was so secluded despite being in such a central location. The flat was well appointed for all my needs and clean and beautiful. The directions provided by the host were more than adequate and left me with no concerns."

"The location is superb. Located in a great neighborhood close to St. Sulpice Metro stop. The studio was clean and the bathroom was lovely. Especially liked the heated towel bars!"

"The studio was even smaller than I anticipated. Would be perfect for a couple but was a little tight for a grandma and a teenage granddaughter!!"

"We loved the location! The metro exit was literally right outside the door. Having a small kitchen was perfect to start our day off with a simple breakfast. The room was very quiet."

"Excellent location and value for money for the area. For a long weekend where you aren't planning on being inside the room much and just need somewhere to sleep, it's perfect. It's very quiet with no street noise at night and feels safe and secure. The major sights are mostly walking distance through nice streets and the area, Saint-Germain des Pres, is the best area to stay in Paris, as well as being close to the Latin Quarter and Sorbonne. Many excellent boulangerie, bars and bistros nearby too. You probably won't get a better location for the price without a significant decline in quality of accommodation. We didn't use the small kitchen facility at all as we really just slept, showered and changed there and spent all day out in Paris to make the most of it. However, it seemed to be completely equipped and had most things if you were to use it for a meal in to save cost."

"The bathroom was a bit dirty unfortunately. There were small amounts of black mould growing in the grout and sealant. There was also a reasonable amount of someone else's hair stuck to the tiled walls. The cleanliness of the rest of the studio was perfectly fine though."

"Host was exceptional - responsiveness exceeded expectation! Great location, taxi dropped us exactly in front of doorway. Easy to locate the keys. Close to everything - cafes, bars, wine shops, grocers. Apartment was compact, excellent water presser for hot water showers. Exactly what you need for a short stay."

"The location is excellent - just a few min away from the church of St Sulpice, the Café de Flore and Bon Marché. I walked everywhere from there. I felt very safe due to the multiple door codes. The apartment had everything that I needed and Sophie is very responsive and helpful when I had questions."

"The apartment is rather small (as expected) and the window is pointing towards a very small courtyard where the residents dispose their trash. I was there in winter but I'm sure that the plants on the outside of the window will make it nicer in summer. In my opinion, the apartment could have been cleaner (e.g. the carpets and the kitchen)."
