"The location was so perfect for a stay at Annesy! It was such a comfortable place to relax after a long and sometimes hot day of shopping and exploring, It is close to the water, away from the crowds, but adjacent to the amazing shops and restaurants. But what made the stay at Studio 74 especially exceptional were the hosts , Maille and Tim. We had some challenges upon arrival from something that occurred at the train station. Maile dropped everything to help us resolve the issues that would have been so stressful to handle on our own. She was our angel! And Tim... what a sweetheart! He has a boat tour business , and he took us on a beautiful trip around the gorgeous lake. We came away with an experience that will be with us always.... not just because of the Studio and Annesy, but because of the support and comfort that we felt with Maile and Tim. If I could give them a hundred stars, I would!"

"We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment in Annecy! The place was spotless, cute, and perfectly located. The host was incredibly helpful—she met us at the parking, helped us pay, and made key pickup super easy. She also lent us rollerblades and gave great local tips. Always available and responsive. We wished we could have stayed longer!"

"The studio is very modern, clean and has all the amenities you need. There are restaurants, bars, amazing bakeries and even a farmers market nearby. Tim the owner is very friendly and has great advice for all kinds of outdoors activities. I highly recommend this studio!"

"Perfect location. Had everything we needed. Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds- mother and adult son traveling so we used the sofa bed too."

"The location was very good- a very short walk into the main part of Annecy and a 12 minute walk to and from the station. We were made feel very welcome by the owners who were close, accessible and went out of their way to respond to any request. The studio felt like a ski lodge which gave it lovely ambience."

"It was very small, especially in the bedroom loft where the bed was wedged against one wall and the head room did not allow me to stand up in there. It was quite stuffy as the only window could not be opened. The steps were extremely steep and, even though they were well lit, I would not recommend this studio for people with the slightest mobility issues or of more than average height. The toilet and showers opened into the kitchen so privacy could be an issue for some people. The windows were in the ceiling so when we spent part of the day in there, we couldn’t see outside and it was quite dark."
