"Our room had a balcony so we could open the doors at night. Still very hot out during the day. A/C cannot really keep up, but better than nothing. Did not use pool, but it looked extremely clean. Short walk to good restaurants, the beach, and a nice hike."

"This is a lovely clean modern hotel conveniently close to town. Our room had a big comfortable balcony. The manager/owner was enthusiastic and helpful. The TV had eurosport in both Italian and German! The restaurant was open even though it was not the busy season and was also a Thai restaurant, which was a nice change of pace. The local wines in the restaurant were good and reasonably priced."

"The pad thai was nice and spring rolls were tasty but the chicken curry needed more curry sauce … and more chicken."

"The pool was no longer heated because of the imminent closure for the winter break. Narrow dingy corridors. The entire feel of the hotel is one of an oldish motel - utilitarian but bare bones. I don’t like a sheet with a cover rather than an housse de couette."

"We were coming by boat, and the hotel was very easy to reach from the marina. We arrived after the check-in time, but the owner came in less to two minutes. he also cared to reserve for us a good restaurant, very close. The room was nice."

"Location is great with a supermarket nearby and easy access to the village as well as the sentier des douaniers. Would come back to further explore thet area. The breakfast option offered is actually luxurious with too much food. Not cheap but definitely gets your money back."
