"Very conveniently located, within walking distance to the metro. It is not in a touristy area, which was nice. The hosts were extremely kind and flexible. They provided us with a nice breakfast, and everything was there."

"The walls are quite thin, so it was a bit loud, and the bed was not very comfortable. I am not tall, but my feet were left hanging. The wifi also only worked in the main room and was quite slow."

"There was a small kitchen where one could prep meals, together with a washing machine, a bathroom, a small hallway and the main room where the bed and a sofa are located. TV was very big and we used it mostly to stream some content during evening after a long day. The location is also near the metro line 3 (Rue Saint Maur & Parmentier stations) and line 9 (Saint Ambroise) which offer quite good connection options to visit most places in Paris. Breakfast was very good, delivered in a small basket each morning at the doorway around 8:00am. It contained milk, a fruit juice and fresh pastry (most times still warm) from a neighbourhood bakery."

"The only aspect in which i think it could be improved is the wifi coverage, an access point from the router or a powerline would be ideal to amplify the wifi coverage in the loft."

"We enjoyed the apartment overall and I'll succinctly say what we found to be especially pleasant about it and the experience: very conveniently located (for using public transport + Carrefour market really close); clean; host is very kind and helpful, including what concerns breakfast; the apartment has whatever facilities you might need (in my opinion). For all practical purposes, we liked the stay in this apartment very much!"

"If one wants to find some negative aspects about an apartment, there will always be something out there. However, I want to consider inconveniences that were significant and impactful to our stay and our experience. That being said, there were no such inconveniences. There was nothing bothering us!"

"The place is spacious. The kitchen was separate from the living/bedroom area and both rooms have open able windows. What stands out is there’s a washing machine to do your laundry. Breakfast included which was a plus."

"I can’t say I didn’t like the property but I feel the location is slightly a bit far from the attractions. I’m one of those people that prefer to walk to and from destinations rather than take the metro/public transport. Other than that, the floors creak and am mindful whenever I walk to avoid making noise."

"Location is excellent, minutes from two different Metro stations. The host is absolutely delightful and also speaks excellent English as a bonus. She’s a wonderful communicator. The property is quiet, clean, has everything a traveler would need including a good clothes airer, laundry detergent, butter, jams. The breakfast is DELICIOUS and includes fresh milk for us Anglo-types. Could not fault the experience and would return in a heartbeat."

"It is a lovely appartement in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, which is located close to subway and Saint Ambroise Cathedral. It has all facilities needed, including kitchen to cook, as eating out in Paris could be quite expensive."

"A little bit de-dusting would be not a bad idea. Breakfast could be also more diverse, not only croissants with orange juice and milk."
