"We loved our stay at Yuca. The property owner was so kind and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. All amenities were very clean and the room very comfortable and cozy. The on site parking was great. Being just a 5 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach with clear water is amazing! I would definitely recommend staying here and we would come back here again!"

"A google maps link with the exact location of the entrance (and perhaps a picture) would be of help to find the property, since the street number doesn't officially exist. Not entirely private room, you access it through a common hallway, but not too bad. I think a -20% in the rate would be more appropriate for the type of property and location"

"It is easy to find the place with the instructions given by yuca. The place is convenient with free parking when driving a car. The environment around is quiet and the facilities are good, we had a good stay as at home. Especially I like the decorations and the flowers here, it is very beautiful. Also the wifi is high speed. Additionally, it's about 10-15 mins walk to the sea, we had a comfortable walk in the morning and at sunset, also the scenery is splendid."

"Gerard, the host was very kind and drove me the first night to see Antibe from the church on the hill and recommended me a restaurant! He even let me do laundry, since he knows a need to work in Cannes festival and continue to act in a movie in Macedonia. Very personal host, helpful and kind. He also was thinking with me and for me to find a solution when no Uber/Bolt taxi's were available, while he was busy himself cleaning the house for the next clients! This is human kindness beyond a business mindset."

"Very clean and comfortable with a good bathroom and tea/coffee facilities a fridge and microwave. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Easy walk to beach and Vallauris which is very nice with bars cafes and marina."

"Gerard was a great host. Its a private house . Its absolutely good enough for a night. Its not a new house but you have privacy in your toom and good bathroom. We had really good sleep. Gerard is friendly , helpful and open to your needs . If you need higher standarts you will pay in this area more than 100eur per night."
