"Room size: large, robes and slippers provided. Nice touch. Location: can’t be beat. Staff: very friendly and helpful. The refills of tea, biscuits and bottled water daily was a bonus that I appreciated."
"Everything looks lovely, but it does need some maintenance/updating (leak of faucet, major leak of shower (needed to have extra towel near shower doors to prevent flooding outside bathroom, and this was suggested by the cleaning staff!), Noise: construction on building behind: dumping of large amount of glass into dumpster at 4:00am one morning! That could have been from a business at the train station, to be fair. All the same, how to sleep during that???"

"The location was right at the town centre but on a quiet road. So it was easy to reach and provided the necessary peace and quiet I needed. It was also close to a bustop for the airport shuttle so that was a bonus. The room was clean with nice amenities (comfortable bed, nice tea making facilities, fridge). I really liked the bathroom too."
"The room could have been better heated. The space heater provided wasn't sufficient for the size of the room."

"Location was excellent, very short walk to the Leeds train Station but since its around the corner, its quieter than being on the main plaza. The hotel is charming and has a "historic" feel. There are a few steps up to the lobby with no ramp, so if you have a heavy bag, you'll be shlelpping. Theres an elevator once in the lobby"
