"The rooms are a little dated, patio doors are difficult to open. I didn’t like that they charged me twice for the security, although they admitted early that this was an error and would be corrected. It took several visits to the front desk to get it sorted out and reflected on my visa statement. It stressed me out a bit during the holiday, but in the end was sorted out."

"The bartenders were all rude. They were unwilling to make drinks that might be different and it didn't matter which bar you went to, their attitudes were the same. Get a new bar staff."

"Beautiful beach resort the only negative thing I would say about the resort is the rooms needed updated. Everything was clean and beautiful I would recommend and definitely stay there again the staff was amazing we got coconut water from the landscapers very nice guys having the beach right there was amazing ."

"Check-in was an extremely lengthy experience. Welcome (very sweet non-alcoholic) drink in paper cups not a great start either. A rum punch served in a glass would have been preferable. Guests could always opt for a non-alcoholic version. These first impressions are so important and go a long way to forming one's opinion before even stepping into their room. Slow bar service (insufficient staff on duty). Shampoo in the bathrooms was dreadful, like washing my hair in washing-up liquid, and the results disastrous. Luckily, I'd brought a small supply from home."

"The Raddison management should teach employees to clean the beach more regularly of drink cups, bottles, glasses and other trash---there should be a trash receptacle on the beach that is emptied regularly."
