"It was the New Year eve celebration and the hotel was full with guests. Despite busy period, it was our pleasure to once again observe the usual hospitality of all the staff, to begin with the excellent assistance and care of reception desk, then the restaurant staff and eithout forgetting the efficiency of the house keepers. "Location was central, within walking distance to the island's city center. The breakfast lounge was wonderful and full of light; it had plenty of options to choose from for breakfast."

"The hotel needs a renovation. It is obviously built for summer time and we couldn't heat up the room in December. Also, there is a need for new towels and sheets."

"Air conditioning was turned off so the rooms were hot and stuffy. Slept with the balcony door open so mosquitoes got in. Cigarette smoke smell was distasteful and annoying. Shower overflowed for 2 days until maintenence resolved issue."
