"The location was ideal! The residence is located on a hill right on top of the town of Tsilivi, which gave us privacy while also having access to all the bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The rooms and common spaces were luxurious, clean and spacious and overall the house was equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay! Our favourite part was the private pool - perfect for lounging all day! Highly recommended this place for families and big groups!"

"The property was beautiful, looked brand new, clean and tidy. The villa and kitchen were well equipped with everything we needed including coffee maker, kitchen utensils, many towels and really everything we needed. The owner was really friendly and helpful, gave us recommendations, waited for us to show us the villa upon arrival. The pool and pool are were also great."

"My stay at Psimithefto was excellent! My communication with the owner before my arrival, during my stay, and even after checkout was great, and I got everything I needed: information about the city, arrangements for check-in and checkout time, receipts, etc. Ilias was very kind and helpful! The studio is in a great location, very close to public transportation, in a quiet yet not isolated area. The Toumba stadium is a 2-minute walk, and the main street of Toumba, where one can find all kinds of shops and services, is a 3-minute walk. Note also that a Farmer's market takes place every Wednesday, very close to the studio. The studio itself is newly renovated and has all the amenities in great condition. The bed is super comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, and everything is very clean. I would recommend choosing Psimithefto for your stay in Thessaloniki without hesitation!"

"We liked everything about the apt. We had the second floor rooms. The wooden stairs and the burgundy walls just made it so romantic. The apt was clean and had ac in each room. The mattress was hard as if sleeping on the floor and could be changed to a softer one. The backyard is huge and very lovely , it needs a lot of attention though. All of all the locations was perfect, walking distance to grocery stores and the beach."

"• The owner was available anytime we needed anything and is absolutely brilliant. So warm, welcoming and friendly. • The villa looks exactly as in the photos and is so clean especially the pool. I was so impressed with pool's filteration system which cleaned away any small twigs/leaves that fall in. One of the cleanest villa pools I have ever seen. • There is hot water whenever you want, which is great as a lot of hotels/apartments in Zakynthos need the water warmed up. • The rooms, living space and shower rooms were very big. The master suite has it's own private bathroom too which was a bonus if you prefer not to share with friends/family. • There were pods provided with the washing machine so we were all able to wash our clothes during our stay which was perfect. • We were able to park our car on the property. • The villa was nice and quiet and we felt safe."

• The bins are changed every 3 days, which is a long time with the weather being so hot. • Not a complaint about the villa or the owner, but with this location you ideally need a car to get around or you'll be calling a lot of taxis!
