"Location is good, about a 20 minute walk to Registan Square, a 5 to 10 minute walk to bars, cafes, supermarket, parks and is in a quiet area. The host is informative & kind. WiFi is good, I had no problems with this."

The bed isn't the most comfortable, I did read this in previous reviews but unfortunately they are correct. The shower has little pressure and the hot water is only luke warm. The kitchen only has a fridge, microwave & limited dishes so no actual cooking can be done.

"Great location (comfortable walking distance to almost all of the main attractions), perfect cleanliness, spotless towels and bathrobes. Nice staff, we had no problems with late checkout. Breakfast was good."

There was no electric socket near the bed. Also only a couple of hangers in the closet.

I think the spaces in the hotel and rooms are not thought through well. Lot of strange unused space.

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everything about this hotel was excellent! It’s a new place, very clean and modern, with comfortable rooms and great bathrooms. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the city center, shops, and restaurants. The host was amazing — very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. You can really feel that they care about their guests. I truly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended."
