Hot water was not available after 8 am. For a person in a wheelchair is slightly hard to manage, the ramp in the main entrance is too steep. You will need a second person for sure.

Falta orientacion para los huespedes que recien llegan, a fin de saber proactivamente si requerimos de algo, calidad de servicio al cliente.

"The hotel is perfect! Best in Pucallpa. Spotlesly clean, large rooms, king bed.Beautiful bathroom. Seems very new. Large and very beautiful swimming pool. Very nice breakfast. Staff always very kind and ready to help. Highly recommended! This is an oasis in a busy city. Seems like a different world."

The only thing that I did not like was the loud music coming from the pool bar. But every time when I asked, it was kindly turned down. Also, I find 11am too late for pool to be accessible. Would have liked to swim before breakfast.

"Juan and his family were exceptional hosts. They fetched us from the pier and arranged for a local community experience at their parents' reed island. Juan also brought us out in his traditional boat. The house was large, beautiful, clean and comfortable. All the meals were delicious. It was unfortunate that it rained towards the late afternoon and the entire place became very cold. Heating in the large room was barely sufficient to keep us warm. At dinner, Juan brought his entire family of 5 to perform for us and even celebrated one of the other guest's birthday with a cake. It was a heartwarming experience staying with Juan and his family."

Be aware that the accommodation is the furthest from the pier as compared to others, so more traveling time is required.

"The breakfast was great! We felt very welcome since we enter the hotel a very nice young man great us, very helpful and the receptionist too. I like the nice touch of the cookies on the bed. I highly recommend this hotel."
